A small selection of posts I have enjoyed this week and I hope you will head over to enjoy in full.. thanks Sally.
Pete Springer shares a post this week that highlights the horrendous statistic that there are an estimated 500,000 homeless children in the USA. There is an organisation called ‘School on Wheels’ that is making a huge difference to these children in California by offering tutoring and support from teachers, but it makes for difficult reading to know that these children and their families are in this tragic and rapidly escalating situation. A must read especially as this is not isolated to the US but to many Western countries. A wonderful video shows what a difference this kind of support can make.

Jacquie Biggar shares her June book reviews including those for D.L. Finn, Rebecca Zanetti, Janet Gover , Catherine Ryan Hyde and Jacqui Murray. They all look great.

If you have not come across Jackie Lambert’s blog before you are in for a treat. Especially if you love dogs and travel too. Jackie and her husband and four canine family members live on the road travelling around Europe. My review for her first caravanning adventure is on Saturday but in the meantime here is a post in their most recent home on wheels under the Tuscan sun.
